Objective
To make a contribution to training and education by using instructional design,
writing, technology, and project management skills. I've learned a lot about the interactive application
of e-learning technology in the past three years from faculty, colleagues, and administrators at FSU's Office of Distributed
and Distance Learning. Through this office I've had great learning experiences as well as a wonderful professional home!

design and course authoring for distance learning courses of social work, nursing, information studies, organizational communications,
media legalities, and engineering economy. Development of online support and training materials for instructors
and students. Support for media applications at course sites.

Development of instructional design procedures, work plans, criteria, forms, procedures,
and training materials for evaluation of K-12 instructional materials. Development of teacher and student guides for human
patient simulator health care scenarios. Development of model of higher order thinking, training programs, assessment
feasibility study. Management of curriculum restructuring committees.
