Where's my battery pack?
I can sing, act, dance, bake bread, work out, make and launder my
own clothes, decorate, do Feng Shui, change a light box, spackle and paint, fly a plane, roller skate, speak some French,
do sumi-e, write poetry and plays, use a chain saw, stay active in my church community, and nurture friendships.
So
why not also manage projects, do needs analyses, use technology, build learning and knowledge object repositories, analyze
learning models, analyze learning outcomes, apply learning theories, design instruction, evaluate formatively and summatively, learn animation, html, Flash, use a webcam, create digital photography,
conduct some workshops, coordinate projects, create and administer tests, design and implement surveys, conduct outreach and
promotion for teaching excellence and distance learning support, support and guide faculty, and do it all at
the level of exquisite expertise?
Ahhhhhhh, the Renaissance technology expectations! Where's my battery-pack? ;-)
R&R!
Give me my camera and take me to the mountains!
